My second week of The Greatest Loser Challenge at The Village and I am loving every bit of it!

I attended one of the trainer’s meetings and it was the most informative nutrition meeting I have attended. The meeting focused on nutrition and diets, and it was interesting to learn that not every diet suits everyone. Yey! I also learned that balance is important in movement when training, and its just as important to train your brain to do something new (not just your body), which happens when you make small changes at a time.

I also took a group class with another personal trainer and saw many new faces and started to make MORE new friends, and then followed up with a TRX class. What a blast. Both are great to do back to back, only half an hour each. Later that night I meet with a trainer who is the trainer assigned to me for movement exercises. I am excited to experience and learn from his knowledge. This is the most fun I have ever had working out and training……..
