Recently I came upon a concept to help clients eat healthier, and also lose weight, if that is their desire.

This is it:

Eat foods with one ingredient only… the possibilities are endless:

  • fish
  • pork
  • shrimp
  • beef
  • fruits
  • vegetables
  • nuts
  • honey
  • etc...

I loved this for its simplicity.

These included stroke, cancer, pregnancy, handicaps, obesity, muscular and weakness disability. Winkie is a lifelong advocate of keeping active.
