Demonstrations take place in the conference room at Gainey Village, and members can ask questions and volunteer to assist each chef. Chef Paul keeps his presentations light and entertaining, and always seems to bring more than enough food. Chef Maggie focuses her presentations on specific techniques and creating healthy meals that taste delicious.
After the demonstration, attendees eat together in the Atrium Café and enjoy some wine with their meal.
The monthly demonstrations take place on Tuesday nights from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. and are limited to 25 people. Each member may bring one guest, and kids 12 and older are welcome. Cost is $20 or $25 per person and includes the demonstration, dinner and wine.
